Building a Solid Foundation for High School, College & Beyond
The middle school curriculum is based on core courses in Bible, English, Math, Science, Foreign Language, and History.  A high value is placed on clear communication, with all departments working together to encourage and support each student’s personal and academic maturation. The middle school faculty strives to not only prepare students for the rigorous demands of high school and beyond but to help them grow spiritually and personally as they explore their faith and develop their worldviews.
At the middle school level, we give our students a healthy balance of autonomy and individualized attention to ensure they are mastering content. Growing in Character & Integrity
At WCS, students are taught their identity is in Jesus Christ and are intentionally guided as they develop a Biblical worldview and discover their God-given gifts. Our Christian character development initiatives are centered around Biblical values, building positive friendships, preventing bullying, and learning how to apply Scriptural wisdom to situations we face. The goal is to foster a culture of respect where students learn to become young men and women of integrity in their thoughts, actions, and relationships.
Developing Gifts & Talents
Middle school is the perfect time to try new things as students begin to identify their God-given talents to be used for His glory. We encourage students to get involved in co-curricular activities and electives to find out what they love and exercise their talents while building friendships. We offer team sports at the middle school level, as well as opportunities for students to showcase their artistic talents through classes, shows, and performances.
